how to get to the top robber list

there are so many posts about it in different threads so lets gather everything here.

to be a top robber, we have to rob like super crazy make sure we are not losing a single farm in our 15X15.. i know its hard to look after so many villages thats why i am dividing all of you guyz in different regions... there are 8 regions...south,north,east,west, south east, south west, north east north west...each of us will look after different areas and make sure that there isnt a farm unused in our 15X15 however..everyone is requested to farm everyone in the 7X7.

I suggest to create the following table:

so it will help us to know about activity of our neighbor and help us to rob more.
I think to lead it only one week (maybe more. But I am not sure).

Just in case I would like to draw attention that: we don't have to waste our res on building Earth Wall, Residence, Embassy, upgrading Rally Point, upgrading barracks and so on first days.

We have to train troops ASAP.

The second task for us it will be to get scouts. We will have to start upgrading barracks, academy and researching scouts only after we will have resources for all these upgrading.

03, 06, 09 and so on are hours

12, 13 and other figures under hours are population quantity.

i think its all a waste of time.if i raid all my people in lets say north then i will get bored to death.and also i like raiding people randomly.i like raiding those whom i think i can get most of the resources.

I will also rob all regions around our village. I think all of us has to look after all neighbors.

but after first days keep track of who's cranny upped so they're are empty raids and we use the army more effienctly. this is why i atleast suggest making a FARMS list. also if we could is organize our battle reports in a good order.
