1st step...train scouts

so when should we train scouts?

i think with 50+ but we have a lot of resources coming in from clubbies. so if we have 13k resources raided then research since 50clubs would be paid off. 125clubbies we start expanding fields so our fields are producing atleast 2 clubs per hr. who's covering "shifts"? like i can take the 1A.M-5A.M. shift i think gmt+2. well it's 6PM-10PM in gmt-5. so wouldn't that be 1Am-5Am gmt+2? this is a swedish server right? so we need someone to cover 4-10PM gmt+2. then someone in morning and someone from probably 7Am-4Pm. so i'm estimating maybe 4duals would be fine. more is risky but makes it easier. if we find more duals just have them register exactly when we do so they can be a backup sitter.

i am still confused with the "shift covering" part cause i am not good at GMT's... me and sankalp will cover the daytime in GMT+6 ...

and its an international server!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so there's a 11hr time change between us. what hrs do you consider dayshift in gmt+6. i need to know so i can figure out what shifts we need to fill a whole day.

i think we can cover 10 am to 8 pm in gmt+6.

i can cover 3pm to 12am(approx)
i wont be on all the time but there will be a raid going on

sankalp are those times in gmt+6 or in a different gmt?

even if we have a 15 cropper in our 13X13 ...we have to act fast cause every big player will have an eye on it. and about joinnig an alliance: i have run an alliance too but i dont think it will be a good idea at the start cause every leader is the main target and the player will be the first one to face the catas ...i think we should eye for the top (3) alliance.. and dont offer some1 nap before taking the opinions of other members cause sometimes the player who is supposed to be "big" isnt big at all..he is just a sim player so you lose a big farm.so whats the final decision on the username?

i think all of us should try and make one account.the one in the best place will be selected.and yes those times are in gmt+6

ok but we'll have to decide fast as we don't want to spend time upgrading 2-4 different accounts. also then we MUST use the sitter option or same computer usage so we can use the best account while we wait for the other to delete and we start the actual dualing.

srry ibite but threads have to get filled in the gaps as starting threads for every subject takes a while and we'ren't using skype atm so it's harder to leave threads all about one thing

We have to train scouts ASAP. It will depend only on our quantity of resources. I mean if we will have 20 troops we will be able to get enough res to prepare scouts training.
